Benefits of Membership

Thank you for considering membership with our occupational health nursing organization. Back in 1895, Ada Stewart RN was considered the first industrial nurse in the New England. She cared for the employees of the Vermont Marble Works and even traveled to their homes in a company horse pulled buggy! Though the way the delivery of services has certainly changed, the mission of keeping workers safe, healthy and productive remains. Your membership will provide opportunities for your own development, to interact with colleagues in this field, obtain required continuing education, and share your knowledge and services.

The mission of the Northeast Region Association of Occupational Health Nurses is:

We are committed to supporting our members in a way that leverages knowledge, experience, and skills to promote professional and leadership development through education, mentoring, and networking
